Victoria Distillers presented the opportunity to transform an open industrial building into a destination that reflects the craftsmanship and character of one of Vancouver Island’s most recognized distilleries. SWDG provided interior design services including space planning, custom millwork design, bar design, and finish selections throughout the hospitality and tasting areas. Inspired by the distilling process, the design combines warm wood tones, industrial influences, and layered materials to create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. A custom glass bar top serves as a distinctive focal point, while carefully planned gathering and tasting spaces support a memorable visitor experience. The result is a cohesive environment that celebrates the Victoria Distillers brand while creating a unique destination for guests.
