Seamist Place Residence is a full interior and exterior renovation of a private residence in Victoria, British Columbia. SWDG provided both the interior design and architectural building permit drawings, completely reimagining the home from the inside out. The existing layout was fully gutted and redesigned across both floors, creating a more functional and cohesive living environment tailored to the needs of modern living. Inspired by a sophisticated blend of modern farmhouse and seaside design, the home features layered textures, warm materials, and timeless detailing throughout. The result is a welcoming residence that balances elegance, comfort, and everyday functionality.
